Dr. Kanchana Goudar

Dr. Kanchana Goudar is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, higher education strategist and institutional quality assurance specialist with extensive experience spanning academic administration, research leadership, faculty development, institutional governance, accreditation advisory and educational policy implementation.

She has served in senior academic and leadership capacities including Principal, Director, Dean of Research and Development, IQAC leadership roles, Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, Research Associate and Research Officer — building multidisciplinary expertise across institutional governance, curriculum innovation, regulatory compliance, research administration and strategic academic transformation.

Her work extends into higher education policy, quality assurance frameworks, accreditation preparedness, faculty capacity development and research excellence, with sustained engagement across UGC, AICTE, NAAC, IQAC and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) initiatives.
